Retail tenants sign at Block 37
A mixed-use development on North State Street, Block 37, has signed on five new retailers.
Rosa Mexicano Restaurant, Muvico Entertainment, David Barton Gym, Club Monaco, and Lettuce Entertain You have all signed agreements with developer Joseph Freed and Associates.
A total of 280,000 square feet of retail space is available at Block 37. The development will also offer a hotel, condominiums, and premium offic space.
The development is bounded by Washington, Dearborn, Randolph, and State Street, in the middle of some of the best shopping and entertainment in all of Chicago. The Magnificent Mile is just a few blocks from Block 37. The world famous stretch of Michigan Avenue is home to brand name stores, designers, and boutiques.
Block 37 residences will offer excellent connections with the rest of Chicago. The Chicago Transit Authority is planning a transit hub with fast connections to O’Hare and Midway, making this development the perfect choice for professionals who travel often.
