Plenty of deals on preconstruction condos

Buyers looking for a great deal on a condo in neighborhoods around North Chicago currently have several incentives from builders to choose from.

Buyers at 3255 N. Paulina can take advantage of a $10,000 upgrade package. The nine-unit building still has six units for sale, with prices starting in the high $500s for a two-bedroom unit. Each unit is ready for immediate occupancy.

Another north side condominium project currently offering incentives for buyers is Cityscape Condos, located at 3905-3935 N. Western Ave. The developer, Westward Development, is currently offering free parking and free upgrades for buyers at this 42-unit building. Floor plans range from two to three bedrooms. These condominiums will be ready for occupancy in late spring.

Another development offering incentives to buyers is the Lofts at Lakeview, located at 3126 N. Ashland. Many buyers have been receiving a $10,000 credit towards technology upgrades in the unit. The 130-unit development offers one and two-bedroom condominiums, with prices starting in the low $300s.
