Chicago suburbs real estate has seen some tremendous growth over the past few years. Chicago suburbs real estate prices are appreciating rapidly and more homes are being sold from quarter to quarter. In addition to this, Cook County, Illinois, real estate has also seen incredible growth because a large part of the County exists in the City of Chicago and its many suburbs. However, despite this continued growth the Chicago suburbs are still a great place to raise a family and the suburbs still have the community feel that is traditional of Chicago.
